The operator behind ESUPERCORP.
A profile that combines the best of four worlds — deep technical command, commercial instinct, applied artificial intelligence and real execution structure. Twenty years at the intersection of heavy industry, risk and AI.
Daniel Wege
Founder — Industry, Risk & Industrial AI. A professional in process-safety management and risk analysis with 20+ years in heavy industry. His career is unusual in one specific way: it was never built on a single axis. He is equally at home running a HAZOP workshop, negotiating a commercial contract, building an AI agent fleet and standing up the operational structure that makes all of it repeatable.
Four disciplines, one operator
Process safety & risk
Two decades of hands-on HAZOP, LOPA and FMEA leadership. Studies delivered for global leaders in oil & gas, mining, energy and chemicals — grounded in CETESB P4.261, NR-20, IEC 61882 and ISO/IEC 17025.
Negotiation & market access
Business development and market expansion across Brazil and abroad, including directorship roles driving new partnerships in oil & gas services. Structured from the commercial side, not the technical side — which is why engagements close.
Applied industrial AI
Babson College certification in Artificial Intelligence (Grade A). Built and operates an autonomous AI agent fleet that prospects, qualifies and supports delivery — plus AI-assisted process-safety analysis that accelerates reviews without replacing human judgment.
Operating infrastructure
Own proprietary infrastructure: agent fleet, industrial data moat and delivery kernel. Not a freelancer with a laptop — a company with the machinery to scale project delivery.
The ecosystem
ESUPERCORP is the delivery layer. It is backed by two purpose-built platforms and a global conference.
Klauz — Your Efficient Manager
An autonomous B2B prospecting and sales fleet: AI agents that prospect, qualify, negotiate and close — running 24/7 with no human in the operational loop. This is the commercial engine behind ESUPERCORP’s market coverage.
Hazoper — Process Safety Division
The risk-management division: structured HAZOP workshops, LOPA, AI-assisted process safety and satellite monitoring. Delivered for global industrial leaders, with thousands of professionals certified through its programs.
RiskCon+ — Conference in the Metaverse
The world’s first fully online risk-management conference held inside the metaverse. Across its editions it hosted 111 speakers and immersive rooms, reaching an audience from 62 countries — 50,000 viewers in the founding edition.
RiskCon 2015 · RiskCon+ 2025 — the new era of risk conferences in the metaverse
Additional initiatives in the ecosystem include the ESG Agenda news portal, the Mit Gates AI risk agent and the AI manual for CETESB P4.261.
