A method you can audit before you commit
Enterprise procurement rarely fails because a supplier lacks skill. It fails because the supplier cannot show how the work will be controlled. We publish our method so you can evaluate it up front – and hold us to it.
The engagement sequence
Scoping
A short technical conversation to define the problem, the decision it informs, and what the deliverable must contain. We tell you if the project is not a fit.
Written proposal with fixed deliverables
Scope, deliverables, timeline, price and acceptance criteria – in writing. We work on a fixed-scope basis, not by the billable hour, so there are no invoice surprises.
Kick-off and data baseline
We agree on the input list: drawings, inventories, process data, incident history. Missing data is flagged immediately rather than discovered at the end.
Execution with visibility
Work proceeds in stages with checkpoints where you see intermediate results. For modeling work, every assumption is stated explicitly – including the conservative worst-case premise where a range exists.
Review against acceptance criteria
We deliver against the criteria agreed in the proposal, not against an implicit standard. You review, we adjust if the criteria are not met.
Delivery, handover and closure
Final documents, a handover session with your team, and closure: access revoked, data returned or destroyed at your instruction.
What you always receive
Stated assumptions
Every model names its premises. For dispersion and consequence work we model the worst credible case and say so on the page, rather than choosing a benign average.
Reproducible results
Models are parameterized and logged. A reviewer can re-run and reach the same numbers.
Source traceability
Figures are tied to their source: regulation, official investigation report, or our own computation with inputs listed.
Document integrity
Published documents carry a SHA-256 fingerprint anchored to the Bitcoin blockchain, so the version and date are provable by anyone.
How we differ
| Project-based, not hourly | Fixed scope and a defined deliverable. You know what you receive, when, and how it is judged. |
| Own infrastructure | Our data platform, compute capacity and simulation engine are ours – which is why timelines are shorter and parameters are fully under our control. |
| Multidisciplinary inside one project | Risk, quality, market intelligence and automation work together, instead of four vendors who never speak to each other. |
| Automation with traceability | Agents remove repetitive manual effort while every step stays documented and auditable. |
Ready to scope a project?
Bring the problem. We will tell you whether we are the right supplier – and if we are, what the deliverable will look like.
