The infrastructure our projects run on.
KLAUZ is the infrastructure layer of the ecosystem: an integrated data platform, dedicated compute capacity, and a fleet of autonomous agents. It is what allows us to deliver projects within timelines traditional consultancy cannot match.
Installed capacity
Proprietary engine — Kernel H3X
Our own risk and simulation engine. It runs air-gapped on our infrastructure, which means we control every parameter and every assumption in the model.
Risk & consequence
Risk analysis, LOPA layer evaluation and Value of Potential Loss (VOP) calculation, executed natively.
Engineering intake
P&ID drawing extraction and automatic generation of HAZOP nodes from the diagram.
Fluid dynamics
Built-in CFD solver, dense-gas dispersion, and shallow-layer (heavy gas) modeling.
Topographic plume
Dispersion modeling that accounts for terrain relief and valley accumulation.
| Engine version | Kernel H3X v5.0 — 15 endpoints across risk, intake, simulation and orchestration. |
| Isolation | Runs air-gapped. No third-party API dependency for the core computation. |
| Orchestration | Agent-to-agent bus with request queueing for parallel workload execution. |
| Traceability | Every run is parameterized and logged — a model can be reproduced and defended. |
Satellite monitoring
Industrial risk does not stay inside the fence line. We watch it from orbit.
Thermal signature detection
NASA FIRMS feeds — MODIS and VIIRS — scanned for thermal anomalies consistent with industrial incidents.
Critical Brazilian zones
Eight major industrial clusters monitored continuously: Cubatão, Camaçari, Duque de Caxias, Paulínia, Betim, Canoas, São José dos Campos and Fortaleza.
Applied to casework
Satellite evidence is folded into accident reconstruction and consequence validation in our technical reports.
Interactive mapping
Substance-specific dispersion maps — including H₂S, ammonia, chlorine and ethylene — rendered as interactive layers.
What the infrastructure enables
| Market intelligence | Cross-referencing public and proprietary databases at national scale — used for industrial prospecting and risk mapping. |
| Computational modeling | Dispersion, consequence and risk models processed locally, with full control over parameters and assumptions. |
| Operations automation | Agents that run collection, normalization, analysis and publishing routines — freeing the technical team for work that requires judgment. |
| Data integration | Regulatory, registry and operational sources consolidated into a single database, with no third-party dependency. |
Built by Klauz
This infrastructure was designed and built by Klauz — the efficient management platform behind the ESUPERCORP ecosystem.
Klauz
Seu Gerente Eficiente. The management and automation layer that operates the data platform, the agent fleet and the compute capacity.

That is exactly what an ESUPERCORP project delivers — proprietary compute and data pointed at your problem.
