Hazoper — industrial risk management, delivered with proprietary simulation.
Hazoper is the risk-management division of ESUPERCORP. It combines a decade-long technical community, a simulation platform, and a training arm — for companies that must prove their risk decisions to a regulator, an auditor, or a board.
Four product lines
Each one solves a different stage of the same problem: knowing, proving, and sustaining industrial risk control.
RiskCon
Brazil’s first fully online risk-management congress, founded in 2015. In 2025 it moved into the metaverse — immersive rooms, a global audience and no venue limits.
- 111 speakers across the history (2015 + 2025)
- 70 speakers in the 2025 edition
- 50,000 viewers · 62 countries
RiskTwin
Computational risk modeling platform. Runs locally on the KLAUZ infrastructure — dispersion, consequence and risk models with full control over parameters and assumptions.
- P&ID extraction and automatic HAZOP node generation
- Built-in CFD solver and dense-gas dispersion
- Plume modeling with topographic correction
HAZOP Leader
Formation of HAZOP study leaders, plus applied consultancy on live studies. Built on IEC 61882 and on a decade of studies led in Brazilian industry.
- Full leader formation — facilitation, nodes, deviations
- Delivered in Portuguese and English
- Applied consultancy on ongoing studies
Industrial Risk Management Audit
Independent audit of occupational and process risk programs — PGR, emergency action plans and regulatory compliance — with a defensible technical report.
- PGR and emergency action plan review
- CETESB P4.261 and NR-20 compliance
- Barrier audit and action planning
How a study actually runs
The technical pipeline behind every Hazoper engagement — executed on our own infrastructure, not on third-party software licensed per seat.
P&ID intakeDrawings are extracted and structured automatically.
Node generationNodes and deviations are derived from the diagram.
HAZOP sessionGuided study — risk ranking and safeguard review.
Consequence modelingDispersion, fire and explosion scenarios.
Layer analysisLOPA and independent protection layers.
DeliverableAuditable report, defensible to regulator or board.
Every model is run under a declared worst-credible-case assumption — stated explicitly in the report, never hidden behind a benign average.
The technical foundation
Hazoper does not run on rented software. It runs on the KLAUZ infrastructure — our own compute and data platform.
| Proprietary engine | Kernel H3X v5.0 — risk, LOPA, VOP, P&ID extraction, CFD and dispersion. Runs air-gapped. |
| Satellite monitoring | NASA FIRMS (MODIS and VIIRS) — thermal signature detection across eight critical Brazilian industrial zones. |
| Computational modeling | Dispersion, dense-gas and topographic plume models processed locally, with full parameter control. |
| Data moat | Public and proprietary regulatory, registry and operational sources consolidated into one database. |
Proof the study predates the question
In industrial risk, the date of a document is frequently the argument. A study can be challenged as written after an incident; a recommendation can be dismissed as hindsight.
Every report we publish is fingerprinted with SHA-256 and anchored to the Bitcoin blockchain through OpenTimestamps. That establishes, mathematically, that the document existed in that exact state on that date — without depending on our word, our server logs, or the continued existence of any system of ours.
| HAZOP & LOPA studies | The study can be shown to predate an event, protecting both the operator and the supplier in any subsequent inquiry. |
| PGR & PAE documents | Regulatory documents carry an independently verifiable issue date. |
| Recommendations | A recommendation carried in a report on a given date is provably not a reconstruction made after the fact. |
| Verification | Any third party can confirm the receipt with the open OpenTimestamps standard — no trust in us required. |
Why Hazoper
| A decade of community | RiskCon has been convening Brazilian risk professionals since 2015. A core group of speakers returned between the first and the latest edition. |
| Own simulation stack | We do not license a per-seat modeling tool. The engine, the data and the compute are ours — which means we control the assumptions. |
| Worst case, stated | Every report declares its modeling premise. A conservative scenario is documented, not smoothed over. |
| Auditable output | Deliverables are built to survive a regulator, an insurer or a board review — traceable at every step. |
| Provable date | Every published report carries a SHA-256 fingerprint anchored to the Bitcoin blockchain. A study can be shown to predate an event — verifiable by anyone, not just by us. |
Bring the study. We return a defensible result.
From a single HAZOP series to an annual risk program — tell us the asset and the deadline.
